HMY is a UK based clothing and merchandise brand specialising in premium apparel and accessories. We manufacture in the UK, Europe and Asia. We source responsibly and always try and be efficient with importing clothing and being conscious of our carbon footprint.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched.
3. Pricing
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
We do not store payment card information.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
* Unworn
* Unwashed
* In original condition
* With original tags attached
Personalised, made to order or customised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds are issued once returned items have been inspected and approved.
7. Faulty Goods
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.
Where appropriate we will repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text and branding remains the property of HMY unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
* Use the website unlawfully
* Attempt to gain unauthorised access
* Distribute malicious software
* Interfere with website functionality
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMY shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
